Shipping is free for all orders over $45 CAD. For all other purchases under $45 CAD, shipping will be calculated upon checkout at current market rates. Please refer to ship times on our product pages for geographical ship times. * Please note: Shipping times are an estimate only.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We happily offer store credits if you purchase a product that’s not right for you as part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please note, your product must be returned within 30 days of your order being delivered. Any damaged or faulty products will be replaced when reported within 14 days of receiving.

Subscribe and Save orders are not eligible for return, please contact us if you need to make a change to your subscription.

IMPORT FEES/TAXES

The delivery cost for international online orders does not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties. You, or the recipient, are responsible for the payment of any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order. Please be aware that duties and taxes are assessed on the combined value of the goods in your parcel. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities to calculate additional duties and taxes on your parcel upon arrival into your country.

PREORDERS

Please note we do not partially fulfil orders that contain a pre-ordered item. Your order will only be fulfilled once that item comes into stock. Please purchase separately if you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner.
