I have been using these everyday for 1 month now. They are good, I have not had any side effects and they did not upset my stomach.

Hard to describe, but I just feel better on this stuff. It also feels like my body hurt less in the morning while I was on it. Could also swear it gave me a slight tan, since I was quite pale when I took it and could easily notice any changes to my tone.Plus it's lab-tested, and has so many anti-oxidants in it. Very glad to have tried it, and may order more in the future!

I have some ART stuff going on (Age Related Things), and in an effort to minimize the effects of ageing, my healthcare provider suggested the use of some supplements. When I took this in with me, he got a smile on his face. Seems I picked something that could/should help my eyes, specifically keeping the rods and cones healthy. There could also be some benefit to help mitigate the general degeneration of my eyesight. While it's not bad, in fact when I got my new glasses the prescription was very different, it moved back towards normal(!) and while I cannot say that using some other supplements, which are touted to provide help in this area, made the difference I can deduct that using them didn't hurt.Along with the spikes and cones benefiting, anti-oxidants tend to help other areas of the human body as well, so this offers more of a broad spectrum boost.While the suggested dose on the bottle is one to two capsules per day, at the healthcare provider's recommendation, I am taking one in the morning and one about two hours before going to bed.The only way to make a real determination if this supplement works is to continue taking it for an extended period of time, and even then, if it helps stop or at least slow down any further degradation, it can be hard to make a real statement about its effectiveness because there's nothing to compare it to if I didn't use it.That said, I'm pretty happy about the reversal of my glasses prescription and hope this trend will continue.
