Beetroot is one of my favorite supplements. I'm giving this a lower rating because I've tried other ones in the past that I have felt are really good where you actually notice the effects of them. Testing supplements can be tricky because not all of them will give you an effect that you can feel. But I've felt the effects of good beetroot supplements. So on this one when I don't feel it, it makes me skeptical of the quality. Hope that helps
I’ve been taking one (1,000 mg daily) of these OrganiMAXX Organic Beetroot Capsules for a good bit now to see exactly what they are like.The first couple days showed minor changes. I get really dizzy often during the day, and within the first few days of taking these, that dizziness lessened drastically. However, I did miss one day of taking these, and the day that I missed a dose, I had the worst dizziness ever. Furthermore, I felt off the entire day and as if I hadn’t slept at all the night prior. Plus, these capsules are absolutely huge (thankfully they go down easy despite their size).The perks of taking these regularly seem to be more energy throughout the day, my mood feels more positive than usual, I believe they have been helping me fall asleep at night, and they overall are a nice, organic way to get nutrients into my system. There are 120 capsules in the bottle, and the bottle arrives with a proper safety seal.

This is also similar to how viagra works - and yes, if you take a big dose of these, you may feel it. But at normal doses, it can give you an extra boost of physical energy. It also contains antioxidants, which are exactly what your body needs when it is working hard.These gelcaps are quite large, so the serving size is a single pill. Most similar supplements have a serving size of 2, so keep that in mind while comparing prices. This bottle appears to be a good value.
